Hana’s previous work included heading the Supported Employment Agency in Litomerice, which helps people with disabilities enter employment. She managed the 'Entrepreneurship as a route out of social exclusion' programme from January 2009. In December 2010 she became the director of GLE o.p.s. She speaks English, German and Spanish.

Tomáš works part-time as a Adviser on the 'Work and business advisory in Central Bohemian region' project which is financed by the ESF and OP Human Resources and Employment . This involves supporting immigrants and people over 50 who are unemployed.

Before working for GLE Consulting, Tomáš worked in the Consumer Protection and Tax Advice sector, which he continues to play an active role in. Tomáš is also a Tax Adviser, and is registered at The Chamber of Tax Advisers. Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of West Bohemia's Institute of Finance and Administration. Tomáš also speaks Czech and English.

Martina graduated in Social and Cultural Anthropology and Law from the University of West Bohemia. Previously she worked at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, focusing in the issues facing immigrants, as well as other organisations in the non-profit sector.

Martina has worked for the GLE Prague office since August 2011. She initially worked as a Business Adviser on the Entrepreneurship as a Route out of Social Exclusion project and is now an Adviser on the Work and Business Advisory Services in Central Bohemian Region project.

Following her Masters in The Study of Civil Society programme at The Faculty of Humanities at Charles University, Michaela joined GLE Consulting as a trainee in July 2009. She became a project assistant for the 'Entrepreneurship as a Route out of Social Exclusion' project the following Autumn and has since worked as a Business Adviser on the project.

From August 2011 she managed the “Entrepreneurship as a Route out of Social Exclusion” project. She also worked as a business adviser on the programme, consulting clients and teaching at seminars. Since November 2011 she has been managing the “Work and business advisory services in Central Bohemian Region” project. Michaela speaks Czech and English.

Katerina has worked in GLE o.p.s. as a part-time project assistant since May 2011. She studies Economics and Management at university Unicorn College. Before joining the GLE o.p.s. team, she oversaw administration for a recreational complex in Pilsen. In previous positions she had also the opportunity to learn about projects funded by the EU. She speaks Czech and English.
